November at Raging Swan

Welcome to November at Raging Swan!

This month is jolly exciting because I’m hitting a milestone; with the release of Villains III, Raging Swan Press will have published its 50th Pathfinder Roleplaying Game compatible product. That’s pretty cool when you consider Raging Swan has only been around since April last year! I’m currently mulling over how to celebrate this occasion (which truth be told took me somewhat by surprise!)

In other news, Caves & Caverns has started to generate some reviews and our first is a cracker! I’m delighted not only because it earned five stars, but also because the reviewer really seemed to “get” the premise behind the supplement - to create a library of easy-to-run, but complex, evocative encounters a GM can drop into almost any underground adventure. Of course, this makes me want to go design a follow-up, perhaps focusing on high EL encounters. I’ve never added class levels to a shoggoth, and this might be the right time to put that right!

    ;-)

In other news, this month we are releasing a new line of products - TREASURE MAPS focused on providing cool, evocative handouts for GMs and publishers alike. Cartographer Billiam Babble has done a cracking job so head over to the webpage and take a look at what’s he’s created!

Behold! Villains III!

This week, Raging Swan Press is proud to announce the release of Villains III a Pathfinder Roleplaying Game compatible GM’s RESOURCE by Creighton Broadhurst and Julian Neale.Every hero needs an antihero, every defender of the light must have darkness to keep at bay and every pure-hearted paladin needs a vile, shadow-cloaked assassin to cut down. Villains III presents ten low-level malign foes to challenge your PCs. Each villain benefits from an extensive write-up including notes on their background, personality, mannerisms and distinguishing marks as well as a fully-detailed stat block. And don’t forget, Villains III is a Dual Format PDF and is included in Raging Swan’s Free PDFs promotion. Villains III also comes with an additional PDF presenting all the product’s stat blocks so the GM can easily add the featured NPCs to his stat block library.
